A Visiting Redi-Nurse maintains a strict personnel hiring and training practice through a 29-step hiring and training process. These are all completed prior to caring for our patients.
- Positive name identification
- Citizenship and eligibility to work in the USA
- Personal interview and evaluations by at least two supervisory staff
- Clinical skills test
- Competency testing
- Verification of licenses and professional certifications
- Employment references
- Drug screening
- Physical statement of wellness
- Criminal record check—both in state and out of state for past 7 years
- Agency for Health Care Affidavit of Good Moral Character
- Motor vehicle report
- Consumer credit report
