A Visiting Redi-Nurse maintains a strict personnel hiring and training practice through a 29-step hiring and training process. These are all completed prior to caring for our patients.

  • Citizenship and eligibility to work in the USA
  • Personal interview and evaluations by at least two supervisory staff
  • Clinical skills test
  • Competency testing
  • Verification of licenses and professional certifications
  • Employment references

  • Physical statement of wellness
